Practicing the Power of Presence -  A one-day program on
facilitating with presence, insight and authenticity. Great moments in facilitation,
moments of truth that lead to new possibilities, depend on the facilitator’s ability to
be fully present with a group.  By being present the facilitator can see what the
situation calls for and help bring it forth.  We will explore what it means to facilitate
from this more profound and insightful level and practice the skills needed to do so.     
The Soul of Facilitation is the two-day version of the above facilitator workshop.
